This property lies in an exceptional position with views across Tromoy sound, all the way to Eydehavn. Ti is 100m to the public beach and moorings that belong to the property. This cabin is positioned to receive the evening sun on the terrace.. There is a grass at the back of the property where it is a flat. The garden slopes at the front of the property. With this property is a 16 foot open boat with an outboard motor. (the boat in the picture is not available). The road runs between the house and the sea. \There is an annex (which is used by the owners) in the garden. You can park at the house. There is the possibility to moor your own boat. On the other side of Tromoy sound is Eydehavn industrial area with quay.

It was originally called the Venice of Scandinavia because the town is built on seven islands, with a network of canals surrounding it. Most of these have later been filled in, but plans are afoot to reopen some again.

The town has a number of tourist attractions to offer. Apart from the town itself, which is well worth a leisurely guided walk, the main attraction in summer is the sea and the skerries landscape. The harbour area "Pollen" teems with boats and life in the summer, and idyllic swimming beaches or skerry rocks are within easy access.

The inland area with forests, mountains, rivers and lakes offers its own attractions.
There are museums, art galleries, historical buildings and landmarks, metal and mineral mines, old iron works and a number of other attractions to visit. There is even a golf course only about 20 km (13 miles) away, for those who are thus inclined. Sailing, riding, canoeing, fishing and other sports are also available.

First floor:
Hall, upstairs sittingroom with TV. Four bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with bunk bed, one with a single bed and one with two singles and a bed setee.

NOTICE: Linen, towels, dish cloths, paper towels and toilet paper are not supplied. There is no rental of linen available.
Obligatory cleaning of house must be paid kr 600 which is taken from the deposit at departure.

DEPOSIT: kr 1500 must be paid on arrival.
 

The cabin comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in the twin bedroom, 1 double bunk bed. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The cabin has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cabin has television. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cabin.

The cabin is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a garden, a patio area, panoramic views.
