The apartment is very well allocated on an luxury building in the centre of Salamanca. You are in one of the most desirable locations in Salamanca, the Zamora´s Street which is one of the more centric and popular goes direct to the Plaza Mayor. The Zamora´s Street is a perfect neighbourhood for those visiting Salamanca for business, close to banks and offices and it is also just 3 minutes away from the main tourist and cultural sights. You can walk to everywhere and in all the area cars are not allowed, because it is pedestrian.  

The apartment is completely renovated and newly furnished. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people with a sofa-bed for 2 people and 2 single bedsin a big bedroom with a balcony. Decorated with style with very comfortable furniture, the lounge has three sofas. Very sunny apartment with a balcony to the Plaza of San Marcos.

The prices are on the basis of two persons.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Jill says: "Excellent location - clean and well-equipped. Bathroom excellent, kitchen was quite small but adequate for our needs. We were welcomed at the start of our visit, but were grateful to our children to translate the Spanish for us! A few tourist leaflets of places to visit would have been helpful. The swimming pools in Salamanca were excellent and were within easy walking distance. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely book again. Salamanca is a wonderful city and the apartment could not have been more conveniently situated."
