A one bedroomed property tastefully decorated and furnished to western standards.
The property is completely self-contained and has one double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
Saman Siri Cottage is situated in a safe and peaceful location within the grounds of a Sri Lankan family home in Narigama at the south end of Hikkaduwa. It has a large well tended tropical garden with outdoor seating and a spacious verandah with banquette seating, perfect for relaxing.
The property is completely self-contained and has one double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

Facilities
The bedroom has a double bed with sprung mattress, mosquito net, an air cooling unit and two clothes hanging rails. Bed linen and towels are provided (but not beach towels)
The kitchen has a washing machine, mini fridge, kettle, toaster and a 2 ring gas cooker. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided.
The bathroom has a hot water shower, toilet with bidet shower and sink.
(A discount will be given if guests choose not to have the air cooling unit and cooking facilities. A stand fan and mini fridge would be provided instead.)
