Built under the guidance of architect Ian Morrison, the property has been immaculately maintained. Red barrel tiled roofs, columned galleries, arched doorways and gazebos distinguish this handsome home.
Entrance to the home is into a central courtyard with the private swimming pool around which the house is constructed. Built on two levels, the interiors are traditionally furnished with light fabrics, upholstered pieces and white rattan. The home offers a separate television room and an air-conditioned study. An alfresco, pillared dining gazebo for romantic dining in the gardens complements the formal dining room.

One of the bedrooms offers a smaller, adjoining nanny's room (the 5th bedroom) with a single twin bed. Four of the bedrooms are located on the main level and one is located on the upper level.
The large private swimming pool is set within a well-furnished terrace in the center of the villa, providing exceptional privacy.
