(2 single beds in the bedroom plus 1 double sofa bed and 1 child bed and one large single z bed in the large open plan aera - appartment is suitible for up to 4 adults and 2 children maximum - but more comfortable with 3 or 4 people!!)

It has a large open-plan living area of over 75 square metres with a magnificent balcony looking over the bay of Sunny Beach and the historic town of Nessebar. Private roof terrace of 135 sq metres with barbeque, showers and garden furniture with fabulous views of surrounding areas.(private roof terrace is an extra) 

The Apartment is part of the La Dolce Vita Complex which has its own swimming pool, restaurant and private beach and new marina. Guests can use all the facilities of the developers' properties (Dinevi and Co) such as The Monastery and their new complex, The Diamond Complex which have even more extensive facilities than La Dolce Vita such as a gym and own tennis courts. These facilities are all close by. 

Sveti Vlas, the local village, has lots of shops and restaurants and has a nice backdrop of pine forested hills behind it. If you fancy the nightlife, you only need to travel 15 minutes to Sunny Beach and thirty minutes to the old town of Nessebar. The complex runs a regular mini-bus to both places (very good if you decide to go clubing on Sunny beach! )

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find walking, horse riding, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: It was just amazing! We spent 2 weeks in this luxury apartment, enjoying comfort of quiet area and all amenities of 5 star Dolce Vita resort complex. Sandy beach brought a lot of joy to our 10 year old sun, making castles, finding seashells, we tried surfing and canoeing, it was great! Clear sand, warm sea, tanning sun! We had fun making barbeque on the roof, having private parties, being on the top, literally, observing the Sunny Beach Bay. The apartment is big, there were 3 of us, but definitely we could arrange space for at least 3 people more, it has absolutely everything you may need, from air conditioning to WiFi and satellite TV, but most meaningful-incredible balcony and terrace! Views from them stamped in our memories! Sometimes we were spending time in the city-it was easy to commute between apartment and historic Nessebar, and visiting Sunny Beach even during night time, exploring innumerous number of restaurants, night clubs and cafes. Shuttle service between Dolce Vita complex and Sunny Beach and Nessebar was very good, convenient, cheap and accurate. But returning was always pleasure, as escape from the city life, homecoming to the comfortable nest. A lot of joyful emotions, remarkable memories returning us to the time spent in Bulgaria last summer, while writing this review! We can definitely recommend this apartment! And by our experience we can share little secret, you must be absolutely lucky to find a place like that, such comfortable, such quiet and with a terrace and balcony like that, views, views, views…
