Newly completed in June 2005, “Prima 1” Apartments is situated within easy reach of the centre of Sunny beach but not directly in it. This gives the advantage of having easy access to the attractions that can be found on and around the beach. These include a wide rang. Of pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes, a large selection of stores and the usual beach activities – banana boats, surfing, jet skis etc….
When you wish to return to a nice quiet Apartment after the hustle and bustle of the town then this is the perfect location.
 

There are lots of opportunities for sporting activities in Sunny Beach. These include surfing, jet skis, water skiing, para-sailing, banana boats, paddle boats, rowing boats, tennis courts, beach volleyball, children's playgrounds, mini golf and horse riding. Scooters, bicycles and golf carts can be hired out along the promenade. There is a mini road train the operates from various locations and travels into the centre of Sunny Beach. You can also see Sunny Beach by horse drawn carriage. There is already one water park the Aqua Action Park in Sunny Beach with another planned for 2006. All around Sunny Beach you will find artists who will draw you a portrait at a very reasonable price. The historic town of Old Nessebar is very close by. Some parts of this area date back 2500 years and is under a preservation order as a living museum town, housing the remains of 40 churches from different periods in history. The narrow cobbled streets and gabled houses make this a traditional Bulgarian town. You will also find here some excellent restaurants and shops.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room 1 double bunk bed located in the in a seoerate room at the end of living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, walking, cycling, historic sites.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find boat hire.

Alex says: "We had a wonderful time at Tim's apartment. The apartment and complex was everything that we needed for our family and everywhere was so clean. The pool was cleaned every few days also. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were always there if we needed anything. The plus for us was that the apartment is situated away from the busyness of Sunny Beach but also near enough to walk. We had a great time and we would recommend it to anyone, and there is the choice to have a quiet holiday or a more active holiday. Alex and Heather Chalmers"
