The Villa is fairly spacious with a large lounge area leading out to the swimming pool.The kitchen area is completely separated from the lounge. The lounge consists of a three-piece suite with sateliite television.

The satellite TV picks up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.

The master bedroom, with double bed, has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom both have twins and share a family bathroom.

Villa Grounds
Private Swimming Pool (Heated by Solar Panels on top of conservatory), Sunbeds, Table and Chairs, Parasol, Barbeque, Clothes Line. The Pool Area to the Back of the Villa Overlooks the Golf Course and has Views of the Atlantic Ocean and marina.

Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Amarilla Golf is a small resort. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

 

The Villa has gorgeous views over the golf course to the sea and new marina. The pool is solar heated.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a spacious villa and we have had wheelchair users in before. However this does obviously depend on the mobility of the user. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, golf.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

This villa is within the grounds of Amarilla Golf and Country Club and it's fabulous golf course.

The villa is well located to explore Mount Teide and it's amazing cable car ride

Neal says: "Our stay on Tenerife was made all the better by booking this villa. Having looked around the various "package type" accomodation on offer at most of the resorts I am SOOOOO glad we chose to book this villa. The area was nice and quiet and by no stretch of the imagination was it overpopulated like so many areas of tenerife. The villa rests on a quiet road of maybe up to 30 other villas all tiered so you are not overlooked. The views of the golf course were great and having your own small pool was fab. there are a few bars locally within up to a 10 minute walk but a return taxi to San Blas was only 14 euros and mean't i could have a drink aswell, however it was just as pleasent staying in at night and having a barbeque and a few drinks round the pool. Staying at this villa was great but like everything you can make it as good as you want to, relaxing or busy using it as a base. Thanks"
