This beautiful and brand new Apartment located on the 3rd floor overlooks has a large sunny balcony overlooking the swimming pools with great views to the Atlantic .
Palm Mar is one of the most up and coming areas of South Tenerife and is certainly a place where many people are investing in property.
Being a small bay on the south coast there is only a limited area to build on which is why property in Palm Mar is well sought after. As the bay slopes gently down to the sea, it means that virtually every apartment has lovely sea views.

Janine says: "Well equipped and furnished. The location was quiet. There are two pizzerias and a restaurant within walking distance, plus two general self-service stores.
The pools were ideal for swimming and in May it was very quiet by the pools. The whole complex was well appointed.
Disadvantage: There are no buses to Palm Mar at the moment as it is a new resort. Therefore you do need a hire car."
