The Apartment
Ocean Golf & Country Club is one of the most prestigious complexes in the exclusive area of Golf Del Sur and this apartment has one of the prime positions within it!!
This top floor penthouse benefits from an open topped, completely private sunny balcony with beautiful sea, golf course and mountain views! From here you watch the sun come up in the morning and enjoy an afternoon cold drink whilst enjoy sunbathing in complete privacy.
Running parallel to the championship golf course, this brand new apartment is an ideal base for golfers, yet is also perfect for those who just want to relax, enjoy the Tenerife sun and all the amenities that Golf Del Sur has to offer.
The Pool area is carved into the rock along the golf course, yet provides a completely private area to sunbathe within. The main Pool is heated. A childrens pool is also provided.
In front of the complex you will find a selection of tasty restaurants, a coffee / cake shop (yum!), a chemist, a supermarket and a launderette.
The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and no expense with the furnishings. This apartment certainly has the "wow" factor and as soon as you walk in the door, you will be hit by the modern, fresh and spacious feel that it has.
Being only a year old but having been lived in by the owners for the 1st 6 months you can be guaranteed the apartment has all the homely touches you would expect from someones home.
The kitchen has been refurbished to allow for a dishwasher and tall 'Smeg' fridge / freezer. These features are unique above any other apartment in the complex and has also made the lounge area more spacious.
The lounge has a two sofas, both 2 seater. One folds out to become a single bed, and the other is a double sofa bed. The apartment is therefore more than suitable for 4 people.
A unique satellite TV system has been installed and FULL English channels (BBC, ITV, CH4, Sky News, Sky Sports) from the TV's both in the lounge and the bedroom. There is also a CD, Radio and DVD player in the lounge.
All the patio doors and windows in this apartment have mosquito screens.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony and it's gorgeous views. A Table 4 Chairs, sun beds and recliners are provided. The balcony is totally private and whilst being high up the balcony also sits over the Pool to allow you to keep an eye on things below!!
When the sun moves off the main balcony (approx 4pm) there is an area at the back where the owners use to move out to and enjoy watching the sun go down. This is not a private area, but as the apartment is in the corner of the complex, no-one walks passed you, so it's almost like a 2nd terrace!
An extra benefit of this apartment is the private underground parking space that is reached via electric gates. This is a real must for anyone considering hiring a car.
The complex is ideally located in the heart of Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk in one direction will take you to the resort centre, otherwise called "San Blas". Here you will find some high quality restaurants and bars, many with evening entertainment. There are also pretty boutiques, a bank, cashpoints, a doctors and much more!
