A unique satellite TV system has been installed and FULL English channels (BBC, ITV, CH4, Sky News, Sky Sports) from the TVs both in the lounge and the bedroom. There is also a CD, Radio and DVD player in the lounge.

All the windows in this apartment have mosquito screens.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to the balcony and its gorgeous views. A Table 4 Chairs, sun beds and recliners are provided. The balcony is totally private and whilst being high up the balcony also sits over the Pool to allow you to keep an eye on things below!!

When the sun moves off the main balcony (approx 4pm) there is an area at the back where the owners use to move out to and enjoy watching the sun go down. This is not a private area, but as the apartment is in the corner of the complex, no-one walks passed you, so its almost like a 2nd terrace!

An extra benefit of this apartment is the private underground parking space that is reached via electric gates. This is a real must for anyone considering hiring a car.

The complex is ideally located in the heart of Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk in one direction will take you to the resort centre, otherwise called "San Blas". Here you will find some high quality restaurants and bars, many with evening entertainment. There are also pretty boutiques, a bank, cashpoints, a doctors and much more!

A 5-10 minute stroll in the other direction takes you to the new marina and a lovely sea front promenade full of picturesque bars and restaurants.
