The complex and surrounding area
Dinastia is in the exclusive Oasis Del Sur area of Los Christianos, Tenerife, within a 10 minute stroll of the beach and centre. The Reina Sofia airport is approximately 15 minutes away. Playa De Las Americas, Costa Adeje, Torviscas, Fanabe & Golf Del Sur are within a 10 minute car journey.
There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment with a new commercial centre 2 minutes walk away.
The complex has two pools (one for children), seating areas and a pool bar which serves hot and cold food and drink. There are lifts to service all floors.

The Apartment
Lounge
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa bed and another 3 seater sofa. There is a side board, coffee table and units for TV which has the four main british channels, HIFI & DVD player with a good selection DVD's. There is a window as well a patio door which opens up onto the balcony.
Balcony
Double balcony with patio set and 2 sun loungers over looks the pool and mountains.
Kitchen
Nice size kitchen with white units and grey granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. There is a full oven and hob, Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board, all utensils and crockery, a washing machine is also provided.
Bedroom
Consists of 2 single beds (pushed together), 2 bedside tables and lamps, a four drawer chest of drawers, ceiling fan and fully fitted wardrobes along one wall.
Bathroom
Bigger than average bathroom with vanity sink unit, shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. All towels will be provided with the exception of beach towels.
In addition a hairdryer and safety deposit box are provided.
Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony only.

Within 24 hours of your arrival our English speaking management company will visit and introduce herself, her name is Kim and is there purely to ensure you have a comfortable stay. She will provide you with a 24 hour contact number ( if you're not in she will post it under door).
