Sleeping up to 6 people this villa has 3 bedrooms all of which have ensuites!

You walk in up to the villa through the front garden, which is nicely secluded from the quiet road in front. A nicely raised terrace gives you nice sea views whilst you dine outside or simply relax in the sun.

As you walk into the villa, you are greeted with a spacious and comfortable living room. Satellite TV is provided with BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4. An off-shoot from here is a utility room housing a washing machine and clothers dryer.

The raised and separate dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. Here you will again enjoy views over the front garden to the sea.

The kitchen is large and well equipped. Stars from the side of the kitchen lead to the upstairs twin bedroom, its ensuite and again lovely sea views.

The other two bedrooms are at the back of the villa. One a huge bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite and the other having bunk beds and again an ensuite.

The villa shares a gorgeous communal pool right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this private area and it remains one of the most tranquil and exlusive pools in the area.

From the villa, a 2 minute walk takes you to the resort centre. Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!

A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company who have offices in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur. They will be only too pleased to help you during your stay so please feel free to pop in for a chat!!

Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by and on hand should you require them.

They also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the Villa. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The Villa has an outside terrace and front Grdens with partial sea views. There is an outside dining table and chairs for eating al fresco. The upstairs bedroom with ensuite has its own lovely sea views.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

This Villa is well positioned to explore Mount Teide and it's fabulous cable car ride!

David says: "Spacious villa with excellent layout of living/dining/kitchen area. The front garden has a private feel to it and has a good view of the sea. Quiet location with good local facilities. You will need a hire car if you want to best enjoy the island from this resort. Golf del Sur is on the main flight path into the airport but I could only see this bothering you if you are of a very sensitive nature."

This villa is right on the sea front in the very south of the resort and any planes fly over the north so you are hardly aware of them at all.
