Like the complex, the apartment is brand new with a sparkling new marble floor and new furniture. It is a particularly spacious for a one bed.

The fully fitted Kitchen keeps nice and separate from the lounge which has a large sofa / sofa bed that folds out in two single sofa beds. This is perfect for sleeping 4 people in the apartment. The living room also has a coffee table, satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4) and DVD player. From here you walk out to the balcony with a further patio table and 4 chairs and views out over the pool in front and the sea to the left. From here you will benefit from afternoon sunshine - a lovely spot to have a cold drink!

Again the sparkling bathroom is much larger than one would expect from a one bed apartment, including a lovely walk-in shower.

The well designed pool area acts as a real suntrap and is therefore ideal for sun worshippers. The Pool is heated in the winter months The pool Bar serves snacks and has a very friendly atmosphere.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. It includes a very popular pool bar and restauarant.

Set in the more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.

The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at Las Vistas is a 10-15 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

This apartment is looked after by a local Management company who's details will be left in the apartment for you. They are local and available should you need them during your stay.

A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided. We also have a fleet of hire cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up.
 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

ZOE says: "We loved our holiday from start to finish! Booking was made incredibly easy with a very helpful management company. We stayed in apartment 502 in Dinistia. The apartment was lovely and clean with good facilities. It was modern, well equiped and very secure. It had a really large balcony with lovely views. It had good pools which were cleaned daily and the pool side bar was useful as they did good english childrens menus! The only thing i would have changed is that the apartments were at the top of the hill( although the walk seemed to get easier as the week progressed). We would reccomed this apartment and would go back again ourselfs. p.s there is a english lady who lives in the apartment block who offers a babysitting service. I presume if you ask in the bar they'll give you her number. "
