The Apartment
This brand new 1 bedroom Apartment has one of the best positions in the whole area. With a large balcony that is right at the back of the pool this apartment has stunning views over the pool and the Atlantic ocean,
With sea views from every room in the apartment and a balcony that literally sits over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore!
Inside the apartment is brand new and has recently had new furniture. It also benefits from a broadband internet connection which is free of charge to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists of a treble seater sofa (that can also sleep 2 people), a DVD Player and Satellite television with BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, Sky Sports and a movie channel. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony.
The bedroom consists of a single, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables and lamps. There is also a TV in the bedroom with the same channels as above

The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean.
The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly.
The Aguamarina Complex is very safe and secure as the main doors to reception are kept locked. It is very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.
Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon.
The main resort centre area is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Brian says: "We stayed at this apartment from 15th to 26th July. The apartment and complex where very clean and were better than we had anticipated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others who want a peaceful and relaxed holiday or short break. The only negative thing for us was that the balcony did not get any direct sun."

In our opinion the balcony is ideal. When the sun is at its highest and most intense (July, Aug, Sept) it doesnt come into the apartment. During these months it can get uncomfortably hot if the sun is continually blasting in - but of course there is plenty of sun by the pool. When the sun is lower and less intense it does come onto the balcony. This is a much nicer time to for it to do so.

In our opinion the balcony is ideal. When the sun is at its highest and most intense (July, Aug, Sept) it doesnt come into the apartment. During these months it can get uncomfortably hot if the sun is continually blasting in - but of course there is plenty of sun by the pool. When the sun is lower and less intense it does come onto the balcony. This is a much nicer time to for it to do so.
