A beautifully decorated and furnished 2 bedrrom apartment with home from home comforts. There is a large lounge/living area with Sofa, Easy Chair, coffee table and Wall Unit housing the TV, Video, DVD player etc.

There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with lots of space and all the facitilities to eat in if you choose. There is even a BBQ to cook and eat 'Al Fresco'.

There is a Bathrrom with a bath and shower (a large boiler so lots of hot water!!).

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, space for the cot if required, a fitted double wardrobe and bedside cabinets and lamps. Bedrrom 2 has twin beds, fitted double wardrobe and bedside cabinet and lamp.

 

At the front of the apartment there is a small terrace with patio furniture and at the rear thee is a large terrace with patio furniture and a small garden.

There is a BBQ for use outdoors and loungers.

2 terraces makse it great for being able to chhose whether to sit out in the shade or sun any time of the day or having your own terrace if sharing with family of friends. 

 

A First Aid Kit is available for use. The apartment has its own large boiler which provides lots of hot water.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, golf.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, walking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

There are many golf courses in Tenerife, most within a 30 minute drive from our apartment.

There are lots of different theme parks to visit, e.e. Water Park, Eagle Park, Sky Park and more....

Anne says: "The apartment was very nice, decorated with taste and well equipped (except that it would be nice if there was a coffee maker!). This is a good place for whoever wants to spend holidays by the pool and is not too bothered with being in a foreign country where everyone is british and speak English. For those interested in discovering Tenerife and its locals, this is not the place."
