Winter Gardens is an attractive complex, built in October 2002. It boasts its own international bowling green and is exceptionally well equipped with facilities. The heated swimming pool has a separate children's play area and a pool bar for drinks, snacks and meals. There are two other bars on the complex, one being the Lands End bowls bar situated right next to the bowling green and Pedros restaurant over the bar. Other facilities include a gym, changing rooms, sauna, jacuzzi and full size snooker table. The complex is wheelchair friendly and boasts an ambience of lush greenery.
 

There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets on the doorstep of Winter Gardens. Opposite is the new marina and the Aguamarina Hotel, which permits non residents full use of their leisure facilities (fee payable)and offers excellent value for money buffets. The resorts commercial centre, San Blas, is a short walk away. This is home to restaurants, shops, bars, a nightclub and a church and is the heart of the area. The Netto supermarket offers a wide variety of goods. There is a lovely coastal path from the centre, passing some great restaurants on the way to the new marina. Try the new chinese/thai/japanese one named Sakura Tieppanyaki or Gullivers Grillhouse for a great steak. Golf Del Sur is home to several first class golf courses. Their facilities include club houses, driving ranges,restaurants and pro shops making Tenerife a favourite of amateur and professional golfers alike.  

The apartment is spacious and light. The bedroom has twin beds, generous storage cupboards, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and night stands, safe and hairdryer. An ensuite offers a bath, overhead shower, whb, mirror, bidet and wc. There is also a single inflatable bed with foot pump.The kitchen features all mod cons (as listed below). A second bathroom offers large shower, whb and wc. The living area offers a ceiling fan, sofa bed (double), table, tv, sky box (BBC1,BBC2,ITV and CH 4), dvd,cd and several games/books/information pack etc. It boasts its own private garden and has a sun terrace,loungers, a table and chairs and underground designated car parking space. 

Car hire - There are many reputable car hire firms in Golf Del Sur offering some great deals ie Aguamarina Hotel, directly opposite apartment and also Tenerife Sur (South) Airport. Smoking - Whilst smoking is not permitted within the apartment patrons are most welcome to smoke on the sun terrace. A foldaway cot is available for a small fee on request. There is also a sandwich maker and liquidiser.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
