Parque Santiago is one of the most popular complexes in the area of Las Americas, Tenerife. Having long been established as one of the most sought after complexes it benefits from a wonderful beach front location and is only a few minutes walk from some of the more exclusive areas in Las Americas.

Having a privately owned apartment to rent in Paque Santiago is very rare and although it's brand new on our books, this duplex is already proving to be very popular.

This apartment is quite unique. The bedroom is upstairs and therefore completely separate from the main living area. However, there is a small yet separate room off the main bedroom where a single bed is situated, meaning the 3rd person also has his / hers own bedrooom too! With a double sofa bed in the living room this apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

Well equipped with cooker, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Leads to the lounge.

Lounge

Double sofa / Sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, lamps, ceiling fans, Radio TV and Video (Satellite TV picks up BBC, Sky Sports, E4, Eurosports and many more). Dining room table and 4 chairs. Lounge has patio doors leading to the balcony.

Just 20 minutes from Tenerife South airport. Santa Maria is brilliantly located with everything that Las Americas has to offer within walking distance.


 

This apartment is looked after by a local Property Management company who have offices nearby. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book and are also in the apartment. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are always on hand should you require them.

They also provide a taxi meet and greet service from the airport and supply car hire. Please enquire about rates when you book. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 twin, 1 single. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Elissa says: "This was one of the best apartments I have ever stayed at. With a 4 month old and a 3 year old, the split level apartment provided lots of space for general living. The apartment had every piece of equipment needed including a washing machine and the amount of towels and linen was fantastic. The fact that all could have a seperate room to sleep was a huge bonus. The pool space is quiet but well maintained and all the people there used the complex at least once a year. The description does not do it justice and i would certainly recommend it."
