The nicely decorated lounge / dining room has a bright sunny aspect, with the large windows and patio doors leading on to the south facing L shaped balcony. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning. 

The main bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together to make a 6ft wide king size an an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have bedside tables, a wardrobe and ceiling fans. 

The new kitchen is equiped with all the equipment you need for your holiday, including a 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge with 3* freezer compartment, full size oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine etc. 

A bright and spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable apartment. Green Park is situated in the upmarket Golf del Sur resort which has everything for your perfect holiday in the south of Tenerife. There are 3 pools with plenty of sunbeds around the pools for relaxing. There are 3 bars an upmarket restaurant, a cafe, a buffet restaurant, car hire and launderette on site. San Blas commercial centre has restaurants and bars set around a square with entertainment in the evenings ( 2km ) The new marina now has submarine safaris.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is right beside tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, golf, scuba diving, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Has a lovely time, weather great, apartment home from home. Brilliant was well at home especially with having a washing machine, kids loved it. Going home tommorrow, don't want to, would reccommend it for family and friends. Thank you very much for letting us stay, enjoyed everything about the place. Hope to see you next year.
