Tenerife is the Ideal all year round holiday destination. In the winter months the temperature is normally 70 degrees and the summer months normally 80-85 degrees
The south of the island generally has the higher temperature and bluer skies.
 

The Golf del Sur resort is very different in comparision to Los Christianos and Las Americas, it is a lot more peaceful. Yet a hourly bus service takes you to these resorts in about 40mins.
The main square is San Blas and is the central point for all kinds of evening entertainmement, shops restaurants and bars.
Yet there are many other various bars and restaurants a couple of minutes from the apartment. There are 3 top golf courses close by and Horse riding at the nearby Amarilla Golf. 

The one bedroomed apartment has twin beds. The balcony overlooks the pool, ocean and new marina and is right on the coastal walkway.
The Lounge has a double bed settee with satellite television. The Kitchen comes fully equipt with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Also, an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has a toilet, bath with overhead shower, bidet and wash-basin.
Outside the patio has a large table and four chairs.
 

The Balcony overlooks the pool area and has spectacular sea and marina views. These is also, a coastal walk way which takes you straight to San Blas commercial centre - which has shops/Restaurants/Pubs/Live entertainment. There is a bus route close at hand which takes you to Los Christianos/Las Americas Car Rental is also available

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: My family have recently stayed in this apartment and found it to be of A1 standard. The balcony overlooks the pools, and beyond that, the marina. The Complex itself is modern, immaculately clean has good security which is very reassuring when you have young children. A great atmosphere was found throughout the complex and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again. The facilities surrounding the complex are fantastic and cater for families of all ages. I can recommend dining in the local restaurants and all facilities are children friendly. This is The Apartment if you want a holiday where you can sit by the pool or on the balcony, RELAX!, while the children make friends and play in the two pools safely.
