This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. To the front of the Villa is a small garden area with tropical trees and flowers along with a terrace with table, chairs and parasol. To the side is the private swimming pool with sunbeds and barbeque area.

 

The Villa is very spacious with a large lounge looking out over the swimming pool. It has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen including washing machine, fridge and fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. There is a bathroom and a shower room. In the lounge there are three double settees, dining table and chairs to seat six, satellite television, video recorder and a hi-fi system. There are French doors leading from the lounge to the swimming pool. The Villa also has a safe.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

chris says: "I'll try to cover as much as possible as i am a firm believer in others feedback being an excellent judge of whether i would select a property. First impressions: We arrived after dark and with reasonable ease found la quinta from provided directions. this property is not easily identified from the road but we were quickly inside and very impressed. Living areas: The sitting / kitchen area is a really good size, i would estimate 35ft by 20ft. The furniture is in excellent condition, very comfy sofas and all mod cons in the kitchen inc microwave and that godsend when holidaying with a small baby, a washing machine! Bedrooms: Both adequately furnished, our double bed was ok but will need replacing at a point in the not too distant future. Plenty of wardrobe space and a well appointed ensuite. The inlaws room was in good order as well and their bathroom was also clean and tidy. Outside: Obviously a very important part of the holiday, this was fantastic. Large pool cleaned twice in the week. 4 loungers and 2 tables with chairs. We spent many hours lazing around and there was even a bar-b-q that we used several times. The view down to the ocean was great, a real highlight. Amenities: Golf on your doorstep, expensive but thats nothing to do with the villa obviously. It was about a 3min walk to the rocks at the bottom of the road and the fishing there was great, again many hours with the lagers down there. As the ad clearly says a car is essential, in walking distance is a really decent chinese restuarant that does takeaway, handy for night 1, and a couple of bars. Drawbacks: TV never did get fixed in the week. Gas stove proved a bit tempermental Road to villa is still to be completed Best bits: Shaded area near pool ideal for babies and non sun worshippers Proximity to ocean / beach Size of property for cost Overall: Absolutely superb value for money. We had a great time. Highly recommended."
