This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. To the front, side and rear of the Villa are garden areas with tropical trees, shrubs and flowers along with a rear terrace overlooking the fairways with table, chairs and parasol leading out to the private swimming pool with sunbeds.

The Villa is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. The large lounge/dining room has 4 sets of French doors leading out to the rear terrace and swimming pool. It has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, built-in oven and fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms, all with twin beds and one with ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom. In the lounge/dining room there is a country style 3 seater settee, 2 seater settee and matching armchair, a large dining table with chairs to seat six people, satellite television and video. The Villa also has a safe.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
