This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. To the front and side of the private swimming pool there are garden areas consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees along with views of the Atlantic ocean. The grounds surrounding the swimming pool consists of sunbeds, patio table and chairs and a barbeque.

The Villa is very spacious with a large bright and airy lounge and kitchen, and has 3 sets of French doors leading out to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge has two double settees, satellite television, video and a mini hi-fi system. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom and a shower room. The Villa also has a safe.

15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

Car Hire

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.  

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board.
