It has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs to seat 4, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, both with twin beds. In the lounge there is a country style 3 seater settee with matching armchair and 2 swivel chairs, satellite television, video and a mini hi-fi system.

15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf. 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, cooking utensils.

Belinda says: "Villa in good location. Quiet area and easy to get about by car. The property however suffered from damp in two of the bedrooms and the bathrooms needed upgrading. There was unfortunately also building work going on next door. However Jon the property manager was VERY helpful and did what he could to sort out the problems we had. If the damp etc. is sorted out (which we were told it was about to be) then we would definately go back."
