This lovely, modern apartment ia located on the third floor overlooks the swimming pools and has views out to the sea.

At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a coffee shop and a chemist.

Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.

There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!

The Apartment is very well decorated throughout and has a larger than average balcony. This one bedroom Apartment is spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and large patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Apartment is set parallel to the champonship golf course at Golf Del Sur but is only 5 mins from Amarilla Golf and Country Club. The courses at Las Americas and Costa Adeje are both less than 20 mins drive away.
 

We can also offer a very popular taxi meet and greet service to meet you off the plane and also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the apartment. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
