This beautiful luxury detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. This Villa is a little more secluded than most of the other Villas on La Quinta.

There is a fair sized picturesque pebble stoned garden with tropical trees and plants separated from the swimming pool by a small wall, along with a sheltered sun terrace area with table and chairs and a built in barbeque. Sunbeds are also provided for use around the pool.

The Villa is very spacious.

The well equipped kitchen including washing machine and fridge/freezer is separated from the lounge via an archway.

The lounge/dining room has satellite television and a video recorder and there are French doors leading out to the terrace and swimming pool.

There are two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room along with the master bedroom which has patio doors leading directly out to the swimming pool and which contains a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The Villa also has a third bathroom.

Location
15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

Car Hire
A car is essential for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.  

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, horse riding.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, historic sites, a zoo.

This villa is well located to explore Mount Teide and it's fabulous cable car ride!
