Inside the apartment is brand new and has recently had new furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists a double sofa bed (that folds into two single beds), a radio/cassette/cd player, A DVD Player and Satellite television with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, Sky News an Sky Sports. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony.

The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean.

If you wish to hire a car the apartment benefits from having it's very own underground parking space that can reached via electric gates. The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly.

The Aguamarina Complex is very safe and secure as the main doors to reception are kept locked. It is very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.

Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon.

The main resort centre area is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Linda says: "2nd time to the apartment and we loved it just as much as the first. The weather was superb and we enjoyed many an hour lying by the pool. The pool area is probably the most relaxing place place to sunbathe Ive ever been too! The apartment was looking even nicer than last time and its obviously very well looked after. Once again we enjoyed the taxi meet and greet service provided by John which is excellent value for money. Some new restaurants have opened up since our last visit. The Chinese / Japanese called Teppanyaki is superb! Overall a lovely holiday and we will return."
