Situated on the first floor the apartment sleeps upto 4 people. There is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes which has a small balcony with views towards the mountains and the sea. The lounge area has a three seater bed settee which converts into a double bed. There is additional seating plus an entertainment centre comprising satellite TV (including BBC, ITV), DVD player and Hi Fi with radio and cassette player. There is a balcony off the lounge furnished with table and chairs, which is very private whilst still having views towards the pool. The kitchen is american style and is fully fitted with full size oven and hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans, plus an ironing board and iron. There is a dining area off the kitchen with table and chairs for four.
The shower room has been recently refitted with corner shower, vanity unit and wc, there is also a washing machine.

NO SMOKING we ask our guests to not smoke in the apartment for the comfort of others. It is never too cold to smoke outside in Tenerife! 

Parque Albatros is a luxury complex built around sub tropical gardens. At its centre is the pool area which comprises large main pool, heated November to March and shallow childrens section. During the summer months there is a cascade of water into the main pool from the stream which meanders through from reception area. Near the pool is a brand new childrens play area with kids club and to one side the restaurant which is open all day with a terrace overlooking the pool. Reception will be happy to help you plan excursions or hire cars for you. There is a small supermarket on next door complex 

Golf del Sur is ideally suited to families with small children and couples wanting a peaceful holiday away from the brasher resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. It is a purpose built resort centered around a 27 hole championship golf course making it ideal for golfers and also providing many green areas unusual in the south of Tenerife. Golf course discounts are available to guest using our apartment if they hold the necessary handicap (ask for details). There are also tennis courts at the golf club together with crazy golf for the children.
There are several restaurants and bars just a few minutes from the complex with a wider selection in the commercial centre (about 10 mins walk), where you will also find a larger supermarket and other shops.
Costal path provides easy walking along the rocky coastline to nearby Amarilla Golf, where you will find horse riding and the new marina with trips on the Yellow Sumarine. In the other direction, you will find the fishing village of Los Abrigos which offers many seafood restaurants. A huge sandy beach can be found at La Tejita just 5 mins by car.
Nightlife is centered around the bars where you will find live entertainment but it is low key with most places closing around midnight.
 

There are two balconies, one off the lounge overlooks the pool the other off the bedroom has views towards the sea and mountains CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PERIOD In line with most other owners in Tenerife we prefer to take bookings for a minimum of 2 weeks between 18th December and 6th January. The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, sailing, fishing, walking, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find mountain biking, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Richard says: "We were disappointed with property 27123 because of a miss description that has since been corrected. Janet who owns 4227 and manages 27123 allowed us to move into 4227. This is a good property with views to the left of the rear balcony to the sea and to the right of the rear balcony to the mountains. The front view is over the pool as can be seen from the photo. The view is slightly restricted by the restaurant and some trees. The trees however provide much needed shade. The only gripe would be that, the TV appears to need re-tuning because the only english stations were BBC2 and CNN. Unfortunately, the remote control was missing so this was not possible. However, as we spent most of our time by Parque Albatros's pool this was not an issue."

Owner reply:
The TV now receives all the English channels advertised. This slight problem could have been rectified on the spot if the clients had bothered to tell us about it.
