The refurbishment of this studio in November 2004 means that it is in excellent condition throughout.
The furnishings are of a good standard, including a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed which makes ideal sleeping room for another adult or two younger children.
If you are looking for a larger apartment or you are holidaying with friends maybe you would consider booking the adjoining a studio as well which is of equal standard and has an interconnecting door which can only be unlocked by our keyholder. This allows for privacy from the rest of your party or peace and quiet from those teenagers who aren't quite old enough to go it alone, yet want to feel independant. Maybe they could cook one of the meals in their own place and invite you over!!!!
The studio has a shower room with an automatic washing machine plumbed in, toilet and handbasin. Towels will be provided for use in the apartment.
The main room has a brand new kitchen area with fridge, electric hob, microwave, and toaster.
The drop down table will provide a comfortable eating area should you be mad enough not to sit on the balcony to enjoy any meals you choose to cook. Of course all the standard utensils will be there,cutlery,crockery, pots and pans,and most importantly bottle opener!
The main living area is light and airy having direct access to the balcony. There is T.V. but not yet linked to all the channels yet. Bring your own C.D.'s and use the studio player.
For security there is a safety deposit box.
 

Mareverde is built in a typically Andalucian style. With its secluded walkways and that 'I wonder what is round the next corner?' feel you can't help but be enchanted.
There are four pools in all, of varying sizes, which cascade through the complex, suitable for everyone and looking so romantic lit up in the evening.
Lush vegetation and scented shrubs add to the atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility whilst not more than 5 minutes away is the hustle and bustle of the shops, restuarants, bars and beach.
On site there is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks through out the day. With two restuarants, nightly entertainment, pool & tennis, a well-stocked supermarket and a self-service launderette, you needn't move far at all!  

This relatively quiet suburb of Playa de Las Americas, has a large choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby is Los Cristianos. From the port there are trips to islands in the area with whale and dolphin safaris, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing. Local markets are held in the area twice a week.
If you enjoy walking,nearby Adeje has the amazing Barranco del Infierno gorge ending with a waterfall. Further afield are Mount Teide and the Las Canadas National Park where the original 'Planet of the Apes' was filmed. Really spectacular scenery! Puerto de la Cruz is the main town on the lush green northern side of the island. Here you will find the magnificant Loro Parque, the botanical gardens,the penguins,the biggest dolphinarium of Europe and its incomparable dolphin show.
Then there's Los Gigantes, Masca, Candelaria, Garachico, the list goes on and on.
The Canary Islands, and Tenerife in particular, are renowned for having the best all-year round climate in Europe. Whenever you visit you can rest assured that you will enjoy the fantastic weather and the wonderful welcome you get from everyone. Even the taxidrivers are patient with foreign drivers!  

This studio has an interconnecting door (which is very secure) with the studio next door. This can be unlocked (only by our keyholder who collects you from the airport) to allow both apartments to be used as one larger apartment. Great to shut those grotty teenagers away if you want some peace, or maybe share with friends but have some privacy. The room/studio comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 3 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Marie says: "Basic studio. The connecting door between apartments is very thin and a lot of sound comes through when there are other parties in there - I think a double door might quieten things down a bit. To be honest I only stayed in the apartment one night due to me meeting up with some close friends and transferring to their home. The apartment was close to a small supermarket and not that far away from plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool was clean but very cold and it seemed to be a quiet time with not too many people around."
