It is spacious and fully equiped with everything you need for a stress free and relaxing holiday. In the lounge there are 2 comfy sofas (one is a sofa bed) for you to relax on. In the bedroom there are twin beds which are side by side and a large wardrobe to accommodate your clothes.The bathroom has just been fully refurbished with new bath with shower over, vanity/sink unit, w/c and bidet. Outside on the terrace is a large table and 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds you will find seat pads for the chairs in the apartment.Althuogh this is a non smoking apartment there are ash trays you can use outside on the terrace. The apartment is on road level and you can park your car outside the complex on the marked out area at the side of the road. There are steps down to the swimming pool. 

Is mainly residential so is relativley quiet. You should have no problem getting a sunbed by the pool as it has been fully gated off for privacey. There is also a smaller childrens pool and a play area. The main shopping area is Just a 5 minute stroll away . Where you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Behind the complex is the Golf Del Surs 27 hole championship golf course. Just down the road at winter gardens, is an open air championship bowling green, everyone is welcome. 

The beaches of Los Christianos/Las Americas are a 15 min drive away. Where you will find all the usual beach activities. About the same distance in the other direction you will find the beach of El Medano where you can watch or join in with windsurfing and kite surfing. The village of Los Abrigos can be reached by walking has some wonderful fish restaurants and you can see some wonderful sunsets from the quay. Go to the centre of the Island and see the amazing changing landscapes on your way up to Mount Teide. Take your coat. And dont forget to pay a visit to SIAM PARK ,Tenerifes newest attraction.

The wonderfully private balcony is a suntrap during most of the day with amazing sea views The pool area quiet and relaxing.and everything you might need is provided in the apartment. The pool area quiet and relaxing. It is the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing break. The surrounding area is well-established and very smart and it is only a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Treat yourself to breakfast at El Nautico (a five minute stroll away) which is situated right on the coast with spectacular views! Although only a short distance from the airport, I did not really notice much aircraft noise after the first day, and you get the benefit of a short transfer time. A wonderful stay, thank you. Will definitely return."
