This beautfiful and brand new Apartment located on the first floor overlooks the swimming pools and has lovely partial views to the Atlantic. The golf course runs parallel.

At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a really nice coffee shop (nice cakes!) and a chemist.

Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.

There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!

The Apartment is beautifully decorated throughout and has a lovely sunny aspect to it with pool views. This one bedroom Apartment is spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and large patio doors leading onto the balcony.

Anne says: "We have been to this apartment several times and just love it, it is really nicely furnished, well equipped and we have always found it clean and tidy. Pool area is a nice place to sit and just chill out or read, we did hear it is going to be re-tiled & heated willl be much better. We find it is in a good position - at the front you can find a lovely wine/tapas bar, bakery, jewellers and grocers, a short walk either way and you have bars, restaurants etc, try the great Italian close by!"
