Park Albatross is a beautiful complex with tropical gardens and wooden decking surrounding the pool. Another lovely feature is the waterfall which falls directly into the HEATED swimming pool. The complex is situated a mere 2 minute walk from the new marina where you will find a lovely sea front promenade lined with restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk from the main shopping centre where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants.

 

The apartment has a fantastic position within the complex with a large sunny 20 square metre ground floor terrace. It is deal for those with small children as the terrace is fully enclosed for safety and security. The terrace has views over the main pool area.

The living area is spacious and well furnished. There is is a 2 seater sofa bed as well as double futon too. The large family living room also has a coffee table with lamp, a 28inch TV, DVD and CD Player.

The kitchen is particularly modern, including a breakfast bar, a Bosch oven, microwave and touch tone ceramic hob.

The apartment is particularly spacious so if you dont fancy dining "al fresco" on the terrace there is even room for a small dining area inside.

The bedroom is cosy and comfortable with a KING size bed, bedside cabinet, lamp, double wardrobe with mirrors and a 5 drawer chest.

The bathroom contains a bath, shower, toilet and bidet, and a wash basin.
