This beautfiul and brand new Apartment located on the third floor overlooks the swimming pools and has lovely views to the Atlantic and into the golf course.

At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, a really nice coffee shop (nice cakes!) and a chemist.

Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.

There is also a new marina close by and a small fishing village, Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island!!

The Apartment is beautifully decorated throughout and has a lovely sunny aspect to it with sea views and views of Golf del Sur’s 27 hole championship golf course. This one bedroom Apartment is spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and large patio doors leading onto the balcony.

This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company who have offices in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur. They will be only too pleased to help you during your stay so please feel free to pop in for a chat!!

They also offer a very popular taxi meet and greet service to meet you off the plane and also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the apartment. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

From the balcony there are pool and sea views with a partial view of the golf course. The Pool is heated!

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, a themepark.

christine says: "We have stayed in quite a few of the complexes on the Golf Del Sur and with one exception they have all been nice and clean but quite basic holiday accomodation. We arrived at the complex at one in the morning and the collection of the keys out of hours so completely hassle free and easy. The apartment was easy to find and we were overwelmed with the luxurious feel and quality. The pool area was lovely and the other down side was that there was not enough of the yellow comfortable sun loungers so quite often had to make do with the white resin ones. All in all it is by far one of the nicest apartments we stayed in and the people we rented it from were extremley helpful and accomodating. We will certainly stay there again and highly recommend staying there to anyone."
