The apartment is in a quiet development, close to the 27 hole Championship-Standard Golf Course at Golf Del Sur.
Shops, local supermarkets and a commercial centre are within easy reach. The centre boasts many bars and restaurants, including Italian, Thai, Chinese and Indian as well as local food. Live entertainment is on every evening. Also close by are Irish Bars with Sky Satellite TV showing sports channels.
Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are a 20 minute ride away.
Surfing, Windsurfing, Sail-boarding and other water sports are available at El Medáno, a 15 minute ride.
Los Abrigos, a local fishing village, is a short walk or ride away and has a number of excellent fish restaurants.
 

The first-floor apartment comprises lounge, fully glazed balcony/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. A spiral staircase from the lounge leads to a private roof-top sun terrace.

The bedroom has twin beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. A cot can be supplied.

This year the balcony has been fully glazed with 6 sliding doors that can be opened or closed to suit your mood and the weather. A table & chairs and loungers provide a second room for relaxation and dining.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee filter, kettle and washing machine. Full sets of crockery, cutlery and utensils are included. There is an iron and ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly.

The lounge has a widescreen TV with BBC1 & 2, ITV 1, Channel 4 and Sky Sports; video recorder; DVD player and hi-fi with CD player, tape deck and radio.

Cooling ceiling fans are in the bedroom and lounge.

The fully tiled bathroom includes a bath & shower, sink and vanity unit, WC and bidet.

A spiral staircase leads to the private sun terrace which has loungers, a table and chairs and panoramic views of the golf course and ocean. The balcony leads from the lounge and also has similar panoramic views. 

Ocean Golf & Country Club has 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated and another of which is for children. On-site there is a barbecue restaurant.
In easy reach is the seaside promenade and pebble beaches and a Marina.
There are pleasant seaside walks locally and, further afield, in the mountains.
El Medáno is a watersports centre and about 15 minutes away by car. Surfing, Windsurfing and Sailboarding are available. Fishing is available locally, also.
Diving is on offer in San Blas, the local Commercial Centre.
The close-by Marina has shops and restaurants, including Mexican, Chinese and Italian and a seaside promanade will take you to Los Abrigos, about 25 minutes away.
The owner can arrange car hire from the airport, returning the car there at the end of your stay, if required. 

Lounge and Bedroom have ceiling fans to cool the rooms. This is a new development which has 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, plus a children´s pool. The balcony has been fully glazed to provide protection from any wind.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, fishing, golf, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
