The Apartment
This brand new 1 bedroom Apartments is situated in a fantastic position on the 1st flloor of the complex. With a large balcony overlooking the pool and the Atlantic ocean, you are guaranteed to offer stunning views!
As the complex slopes down to the sea, you actually enter from the road on floor 4,
Inside the apartment you can see the Altantic from virtually every room! With those delightful balcony's sitting over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore!
The kitchens are fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge consists of a sofa bed (folds into a double.),A DVD Player and Satellite television with BBC1 and ITV. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony. with patio furniture
The bedroom consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers and bed side tables also a safe is fitted in the apartment for extra security. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean.
The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly. The main doors to reception are kept locked so it is very safe and secure. It's very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.

Peter says: "Lovely clean and well equipped apartment with everything you need including extras such as iron/board, satellite tv, hairdryer etc. Located in a very well kept and secure building. A nice selection of restaurants right by the apartment and loads more just 10 minutes walk away in the San Blas centre. Views of the pool and the Atlantic from the lounge and bedroom windows. Great value for money and highly recommended. We would not hesitate to return to this apartment again."
