This beautiful detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. A huge benefit of this villa over many others in the area is that is also has AIR CONDITIONING!

The private swimming pool is one of the biggest in the area where you can actually swim not just have a splash! From the sunny pool area you have lovely views to the mountain in one direction and over the golf course to the sea in the other.

There is a sheltered back terrace with a patio table and chairs. Plenty of sunbeds are provided by the pool long with a barbeque.

The Villa is very spacious with a large lounge looking out over the swimming pool and has a fully fitted, extremely well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine along with a dining area to seat 6 people.

There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, there is also a separate bathroom. Both bathrooms have recently been refurbished.

In the lounge there is seating for 6 people including two settees along with armchairs, satellite television and a mini hi-fi system. There are french doors leading from the lounge to the lovely sun terrace and gorgeous swimming pool.

The resort

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where there is a also lovely restaurant.

A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square. Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villas and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water. Towels and linen change once a week.

Car Hire
A car is recommend for this Villa. Car hire can be arranged. Details provided upon booking.  

This villa is managed by a local management company who have offices in Golf Del Sur (2 minutes drive away). Many people book in the reassurance they are close by should we be needed during your stay.

Their details will be sent to you when you have booked and they will liaise closely with you to arrange a smooth arrival is ensured.

They also provide a very popular taxi meet and greet service and also have a fleet of cars for hire. Cars can be left at the airport for you along with the keys to the villa. 

The satellite TV picks up BBC1, 2. ITV, CH4 and CH5.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.

The villa is set within the grounds of the Amarilla Golf and Country Club Golf Course.

This villa is well located for exploring Mount Teide and it's wonderful cable car ride!

Thanks for the 5 star feedback - glad you had a lovely time and will be coming back.

We were concerned about the cleaning because due to your arrival time we needed to clean the villa the day before your arrival. That evening there was what is known locally as a "Calima". This is a strong, heavy and dust-laden wind from Africa that occurs once in a while in the Canaries. When it happens everything gets covered in dust / sand - cars, windows, etc. It gets in under doors and generally goes everywhere.

It was a little frustrating as we had spent half the day before getting the villa spotless for you!
