Club Lersuang is a low level residential apartment complex completed in November 2005. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens.

The Penthouses are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. All Penthouses are 150 square meters in size.

The master bedroom is located towards the front of the Penthouse with views over the sea. The Bathroom is en suite with a bath. The guest bedroom is also en suite with shower. There is also a guest toilet near the entrance to the Penthouse.

The development has a large swimming pool which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse.There is a separate kids pool section for less experienced swimmers.

The Clubhouse has a reception desk to assist guests with personal requirements and a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet café and gymnasium. There is also a pool bar and external recreation area that guests may make use of.

The Penthouses are privately owned and are made available for rent according to Phuket Island Property Services standards for furnishing and services.

The Penthouses are fully furnished and appointed to include linens, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The homes have been decorated to a high standard and include a minimum of Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.

All rates inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% provincial tax.
