This lovely villa is to a high standard throughout with marble and granite throughout. In the main area of the villa you will find a Hot/Cold Air conditioning unit, dining area with table and 6 chairs, sideboard,  TV and Hi Fi system, the lounge area is equipped with 2 settees, wall unit and patio doors leading out to sun terrace.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with with all mod cons inc. fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave etc. The 2nd bathroom downstairs has a shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The stair case then takes you to the master bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe and patio door leading out to the sun terrace which has stunning views of the plains and mountain. Front porch with table and 4 chairs.

The 2nd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with, two single beds, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe.
3rd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and patio door leading out to sun terrace, the main bathroom is here also
There is a sun terrace at the front with table and chairs and 6 x 3 metre kidney shaped swimming pool sun loungers, table and chairs and B.B.Q
2 sets of golf clubs are provided with the villa to use. (Please confirm on booking if required)

Hiring a car isnt essential as is close to amenities but might be useful

Transfer(s) from Alicante airport only are included in the price if needed but please note that transfers from Murcia do have an additional charge of 20 euros.
Car hire can also be arranged for you to collect at the airport or from their office on the urbanisation

Activities in the area include going North or South with a maximum of 30 - 40 mins drive are plenty of excellent golf courses ranging anywhere from 45 € - 80€ per round
3 theme parks for all the family in Benidorm or day out quad biking, water skiing, horse riding, aqua-parks, or a visit to tabarca island.



 

La Marina is a coastal urbanisation which is about 12 miles south of Alicante airport & 40 miles north of Murcia airport (San Javier), so check both airports for flights.
On-site there are a large choice of bars & restaurants, 2 large swimming pool complexes, a snooker club, flat green bowling & 3 supermarkets. A bus service & various coach trips are also available. Hire cars on La Marina aren’t essential but are very useful. Emergency services are available & 2 fully maintained clinics are open. Public telephones are ample, as well as 2 or 3 internet cafes. A street market on Thursday & Sunday is worth a visit. Major cities locally are Elche, Torrevieja & Alicante, easily reached by bus or car.
 

La marina beach is about 10 miles wide & is situated between the towns of Santa Pola & Guardamar. It’s one of the best beaches in the Costa Blanca area with its clean, soft sand & often wins the blue ribbon award. It has a restaurant & beach bars if needed.
With in half an hour drive in most directions the are also plenty of golf courses.
Water parks, Elche Safari park & horse riding are just some of the activities that are close by.
A short boat trip away is the island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking & snorkelling the clear crystal waters.
For those who want the noisy crowds, fun & late night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than an hour away by car. Also has a theme park, a safari park with a small water park as well, large water park & Benidorm Palace for good international entertainment.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are not welcome

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, climbing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, a museum, a themepark.

Go-Karting 10 mins away Fancy Scuba diving, then why not try the on site scuba courses

There are about a 12 very good golf courses with 45 mins drive in any direction

Terry says: "we were upgraded to 3 bedrooms. property was clean on arrival all sheets towels and kitchen equipment excellent. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Toaster gave up and shower head broke while taking a shower The office wasn't far away and Lee was available if needed and gave us good advice. If we come again in high season we would stick out for air conditioning in a villa. It was very hot at night. Would use your company again as no problems at all other that the two items mentioned but trivial. Refund due at end of month. Expect this to be no problem. regards Terry and Debbie Lamb "
