A large three bed luxury house situated in a superb location in beautiful Nerja.The house is fully equipped for six and offers excellent accomodation.. Situated just above the blue flag Burriana beach, This house is ideal for families with teenagers or grandparents as the lower floor is set out as a suite.
The house is entered from street level through large gates with a security door phone.
At this level there is a large sundeck equipped with sunloungers and table and chairs seating six.
There is a staircase to the entrance level where there is a shady patio area ideal for children or a respite from the sun .It has table and 4 chairs
On entering the house on this level there is a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge and dining area,
There is a large balcony with tables and chairs through patio doors off the dining area
The second level contains two large double bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space.

On next level down there is a large "suite" area, containg two single beds, two couches and coffee tables.

patricia says: "we were very impressed with the property, had no complaints at all. very well equipped even down to cling film, cooking foil and straws!!
plenty of glasswear and crockery, even dishwasher tablets.
very large bedrooms and bathrooms, clean and comfortable and wonderful views from the balcony and roof terrace. pool was crystal clear and not noisy at all.
we met another couple in an adjoining property and when they saw ours they felt they had been let down with their accomodation.
will definatley visit the area again and will have no hestation in recommending this property to others, would like to return ourselves."
