Private villa with pool
Detached villa in modern resort area of La Marina. This a newly built 3 bedroomed villa, sleeps 6 comfortably , the master bedroom is en suite and air conditioned. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the lounge and dining area is also air conditioned. The master bedroom has a large double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and third bedroom has a pair of bunk beds. The separate bathroom has bath/shower, wc, bidet, and wash basin. All towels and linen are included
The patio and pool
Outside there is a large patio and terrace with table and chairs, a large brick built barbecue can provide you with your food while sitting by or relaxing in the 8 metre x 4 metre pool. This pool is professionally maintained weekly during summer months. The whole area has nice mature gardens with plenty of shady corners if the temperature get too much. On the top of the villa is solarium for the serious sun worshippers
Out and about
This villa is situated far edge of Urbanisation La Marina and has good views of the countryside around. There is no building work either ongoing or planned for the future to interrupt this view, but there is still some development going on nearby, but it is too far away to cause any problem to the peace and quiet that is a feature of this property. A hire car is stronly recommended to be able to get to the beach and visit the many interesting towns and villages in the area. We would be pleased to arrange your car hire for you, the car can be waiting for you at the airport and be returned there and the end of your vacation.
