This ground floor apartment adjacent to the pool, is elegantly furnished to a very high standard, and is fully equipped for 4 people. The apartment includes all modern features; the kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Cutlery and crockery is provided for 6 people and there are ample cooking utensils. There is a washing machine with clothes airer including an iron and ironing board.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, large fitted wardrobes with 2 single beds in each room. The bathroom has an over bath shower. The air-conditioned living/dining room is furnished for 4 people and has a 20 inch LCD flat screen wall mounted SKY TV and DVD/CD system. There is a large outdoor patio area with dining table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening drinks.

The apartment is in the village of Algorfa, which lies about 10 minutes drive inland from the town of Guardamar del Segura, and approximately 30 minutes from Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) Airports. Its rural location ensures a 'get away from it all holiday', while still having some great towns in the area to visit, for museums, shopping, beaches, marinas and markets. There are many shops selling local produce and the locals are very friendly, why not go to the local bodega & fill your own container full of local wine!!! Several local bars & restaurants serve both Spanish & English Fayre.
The village is quietly rural, and has the added feature of the incredible new La Finca golf club on its doorstep. Sunday morning brings a great market to the outskirts of Algorfa.
 

La Finca golf course is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, near the village of Algorfa, in the Segura region. The golf club lies in natural surroundings of great beauty and with fantastic views.
