THE OWNERS OF THESE VILLAS ACTUALLY LIVE IN THESE PROPERTIES FOR PART OF THE YEAR SO THEY ALL HAVE THE HOME FROM HOME COMFORTS. THERE ARE BARS AND RESTUARANTS AND A GOLF CENTRE JUST 15 MINUTES WALK AWAY AT BONALBA, WHERE YOU'LL ALSO FIND A FEW BANKS. THE BEACH IS JUST A 5 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY TOO !
WE HAVE MANY RETURN RENTERS. OUR VERY FRIENDLY CLEANERS ARE ON HAND FOR INFORMATION AND EMERGENCIES AND WILL ALSO PICK UP UP FROM THE AIRPORT ETC IF NEEDBE.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

christine says: "The villa is very well equipped, you really dont have to take anything, it is literally 'home from home'. The villa was very clean and the location was quiet and peaceful and convenient to other places. The only drawback we found was that you could not walk to a bar or restaurant and always had to use the car. However, the villa and the peace and quiet of the location made it worthwhile! We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and would re-visit ourselves!!"
