The property comprises entrance lobby with cloakroom which leads to a very spacious living area with separate dining area, patio doors lead to a large patio with both dining and lounge facilities, the ideal location for the sundowners. There is a TV and DVD player and all rooms are fully air-conditioned / heated. Despite having great restaurants just a short walk away, the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine makes eating in, a pleasure. Off the Lounge area is the main bedroom which also has access to the main patio and an en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and a further en suit shower room.
Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
