There is a fully fitted brand new kitchen with all amenities including washing machine, fridge freezer etc. 

The apartment is on the ground floor in the quiet residential area of Los Dolses which is less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. The communal swimming pool is directly behind the property in a beautifully lanscaped garden area. There are 3 golf courses Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamor all within 5 minutes drive of the apartment and award winning beaches also within a 5 minutes drive. 

Villamartin is approx 1 hour drive to Benidorm and the Terra Mitica theme park. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
