This recently built house is quietly located on a slope at the edge of the forest and the village, enjoying panoramic views over Höfen and the ski region of Hahnenkamm. Behind the house you will find the ski lifts and the cross-country trail. Höfen (869 m) is a beautiful quiet village at the feet of Hahnenkamm (2000 m), in direction Lechtal. Reutte is the main town in the area, and is 3 km from the property. From property you have direct contact with nature. In summer season, the alpine flower garden of Hahnenkamm deserves to be visited. There are beautiful trekking paths, for both beginners and skilled trekkers. The castles of Neuschwanstein, Linderhof, Ettal and many other are worth a day visit. Still in the region, visitors can endeavour in climbing, biking, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, trekking, skiing, cross-country, snowboarding, paragliding, fishing, etc., according to the year season.

Since the house is located on a slope at the edge of the village, it is very quiet and welcoming.

Property consists of two independent non-smokers apartment. Each apartment (70 m²) has two separate bedrooms, complete bathroom with separate WC, open kitchen, comfortable living room with cable TV and cosy sofa corner.
You can choose between either with a terrace at the woods edge or a balcony (garden furniture and long chairs in house).
In Summer it is possible to open the large french doors to the terrace, so that a wheelchair can move through the apartment.

Those in search of peace and quiet off the ski runs will love a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride through the magic winter landscape.

Cross-country skiing on 120km of well-maintained tracks crisscrossing the winter landscape. Sporty guests will find plenty to keep them entertained in the winter!

Activities range from alpine skiing, snowboarding, and skating to adventurous snowshoe walks off the beaten paths. Ice curling also makes for a fun experience not to be missed! The Reutte Ski Lifts give access to the runs on Hahnenkamm, a snowsure ski area.

For beginners there are nursery slopes where they can practice their first turns, kids will learn to ski with confidence in no time with motivated and experienced ski instructors. Torchlight walks and night sledding under the crystal clear night sky always make for memorable outdoor experiences. And after a fun-filled day in the outdoors you can relax and soothe your achy muscles with a sauna bath or steam bath.
 

Höfen is a small, rural town in the Reutte holiday region. The lovely village stretches to the shores of river Lech.

Until the first bridge was built in Reutte there was a ford in Höfen which already Romans used to cross river Lech. The base terminal of the Reutte ski lifts is located on the outskirts of town. A gondola and a chairlift bring you effortlessly to Höfener Alm and Hahnenkamm, sunny pasturelands crisscrossed with numerous footpaths. Discover the beauty of the Alpine flora on a leisurely stroll through the Alpine Flower Garden.
