The Village house is situated in Tochni village which is located right in the centre of the island, by the beach, and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus. The location is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of the island of love...Cyprus.
Governor's Beach, Which is only 6 kilometres away apart of it’s excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.
 

This excellent traditional building was originally build at the end of 19th century and was the Kleanthis family residence for many years. Recently was renovated with great care and respect to the local architectural style character and culture under the supervision of the Cyprus Govermant and Cyprus Tourism authorities, and now it's comfortable bedrooms are available for rent all year around. There is a common stone yard where you can sit and relax as well as the veranda with excellent view of the village.

Kleanthis house offers you a unique experience, the chance to sample the peace and serenity of village life in real Cypriot houses with all the comforts of modern living. The house stands at the highest point of the village and has a 200 year old history. It has been renovated without in any way altering its traditional character. The view from the upper floor veranda is magnificent, overlooking the village and the sea in the background. During your stay at the Kleanthis house you will have the opportunity to experience the authentic traditional life in a Cypriot village, as well as the genuine hospitality of Mrs Niovi, who lives across the road. Kleanthis house offer a private big courtyard, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, self catering kitchen, and many other facilities. The house is also part of the Cyprus Agrotourism Scheme under the supervision of the Cyprus Tourist Organization.

The village house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this village house.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.
