A two bedroom stone build house with a balcony, undisturbed panoramic hill and sea view and shared swimming pool. It is the upper part of a two storey four bedroom house.
 

Both of the bedrooms are specious and they have in suite private facilities, air conditioning, and heating. There is a double bed in one of the rooms and 2 single beds in the other one.
 

There is a kitchen with dining room for four, and a small kitchenette in the other room with dining table.
Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, toaster and all necessary utensils.
Two hundred meters from the house there is a swimming pool shared by a small number of people that can be used.
 

Tochni Village is an easy drive from both Larnaca and Limassol. If you are looking for a taste of traditional Cyprus with friendly villagers and modern conveniences, Tochni will suit you perfectly. Excellent restaurants and bars and a good general store for all your provisions. Governor's Beach is just 6 km. away! Excellent beach for swimming and sunbathing on the southern coast of Cyprus with long stretches of clean sand and shallow crystal water. It is a perfect beach for families with children, and also offers secluded coves for those who want more privacy. As well as the beautiful sandy beach, the spectacular white rocks stretch for miles from the west end of the beach...a perfect area for snorkelling, boating and fishing. There's an excellent selection of bars and restaurants on the shore where families and romantic couples can enjoy a drink or a meal sitting under the trees just a few meters away from the water.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

June says: "Although we booked Chris House No. 3, we were actually allocated Antonis House by the owner. A group of students were booked into the lower part of Chris House and he thought, correctly, that we would prefer to be away from the noise of students.We were extremely pleased with our accommodation, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Lovely views from the roof terrace - we would certainly recommend the house and Tochni."
