This manor countryhouse has the charm and the glamour of last century but with all modern conforts. The Villa is surrounded by and old enchanting park with many romantic corners as the lover’s bench, the well, the large “voliera” with pretty doves, the old fashion tables under the cool oaks , and sweet rose bushs. Next to the park there is a charmy turret which is the old traditional wood oven to cook bread and umbrian pizzas. From a little hiden door of this turret is reachable the sunny area with the amazing pool. The lawn around the pool is gladded by luxuriant oleanders. A special feature of the pool is the pool house , with a very useful summer kitchenette to keep cool drinks , or to be a good base to organize a memorable barbecue . 

A very unique feature of Villa Fiore, is the great terrace ( 225 sq ) , with a beautiful view on the medieval town of Todi and to the Atti ‘s castle and is an ideal place to have unforgettable diners under the stars or to set up a merry reception for a cosy wedding, as well as a birthday party, or simply enjoy a special holiday with family and friends amids the charm and favour of a formal stylish country living.  

Villa Fiore has a spacious fulll equipped kitchen with an important stone fire-place and dining area, next to the kitchen there is the living room with sofa , armchairs, bridge table , TV SAT. The Kitchen and the living room give directly on to the terrace. Close to the Living room, there is a study with piano and internet connection.
The rooms are 7 with en-suite bathroom + 1 without bathroom , so Villa Fiore can accommodate 14-16 pax. For a larger party is available the Guest House with 4 more bedrooms and 2 batrooms

The villa comprises 8 bedrooms in total; 6 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 7 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 20 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 8 bathrooms and 8 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 14 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a summer house, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
