Villa Rocce is a very charmy traditional stone house in a marvellous landscape towards the medieval village of Todi. The villa can accomodate 8 up to 12 pax in 4 spacious bedrooms all with cosy bathroom en-suite 

The garden is gladded by hundered red roses which exhale precious parfums. In the garden there is the charmy and large pool from where you will feel to be steeped in sky and nature, with a splendid view on the open Tiber valley. 

Villa Rocce is very spacious and lighty with window with arches and an amazing large salon with volts. The merry kitchen is very large and full equipped with a superb fire-place . In a study there is internet connection. A useful laundry is in front of the kitchen 

The villa acomodate 8 people in 4 spacious bedrooms up to 12 in two sofa beds.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a west facing patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, mountain biking, historic sites, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, horse riding, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, golf.

The surroundings are beautiful and the proximity of Todi means that it is easy to get the provisions needed for a self-catering holiday. A car is essential however. The Villa itself exceeded our expectations. The rooms were all well furnished and huge! The infinity pool is well maintained and gives great views of Todi and the surrounding countryside. "
