The villa has one double and 3 twin rooms, with 3 bathrooms. The open plan living area features nice airy furnishings and light colours. Large comfy sofas add a nice relaxing space for lazy evenings, and there is a dining area with an extendable table and seating for 8.
The communal pool is directly in front of the villa - a few steps from the front patio. 

The famous area of Tombs of the Kings, is a short walk from the villa. This area is packed with restaurants, bars, pubs and shops, as well as several historic monuments and sights. Just below Regina Gardens, 5 minute walk from the doorstep, there is a nice bakery, as well as supermarket and some other shops and restaurants. Paphos Harbour / Kato Paphos is 5 mnutes by car. 

 

There are brand new modern furnishings throughout the property, with 4 spacious bedrooms, all with large built in cupboards. Master room is en suite with shower and WC, and there are 2 other bathrooms. The open plan living area is great for sociable evenings, with a large extendable dining table, and comfy seating in 2 large sofas. Nice sized terrace with garden, and communal pool directly outside. Showers, loungers and WC also by the pool.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

anita says: "Excellent, clean and spacious villa with all amenities. Lots of extras. Shared pool and grounds very well maintained and clean. You do need a car for this villa if you want to explore the area, although there is a very nice bar on the complex with food. Would definately go back. "
