Kings Sunset is situated in the Tomb of the Kings area near to the centre of Paphos but close to the beach, market and the wide range of tavernas in this area. Kings Sunset is situated on a slightly elevated area, thus the only location that gives you the benefit of being close to the beach and at the same time having sea views. Easy access to Coral Bay and Paphos harbour.The apartments are spacious having large 'sunny balconies' facing the sea,and a large communal pool is available if the sun becomes too hot
 

The apartment is furnished as a home from home with fitted wardrobes and ample storage space in the kitchen. All you need bring are your cases and any cds or dvds which will make your stay more relaxing. Everything is provided for your comfort and the peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. 5 minutes from the Tombs of the Kings Road and 5 minutes from the main centre of Paphos you could not be more ideally situated. 

We would recommend this location for couples and families. It is quiet enough to relax but close to all the amenities. There is an excellent supermarket 4 minutes walk from the complex and a taverna within 2 minutes walk. A car is useful but not necessary.
 

The property has exclusive access to a private roof terrace affording beautiful sea views and panoramic views of the surrounding area. All rooms have split unit airconditioning/heating. Double sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2. Furnished to the highest standards.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding.

Go karting, crazy golf, aqua park, paintballing.

Turtle hatchery, bird and wild animal park.

Simon says: "Myself and my girlfriend have recently returned from a two week holiday at this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious with all necessary facilities. It is well located, a short walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket to the back of the complex (two minutes walk) which is handy for essentials. The pool area is lovely, and we spent most days relaxing down there as opposed to heading to the beach. Whilst busy, the other residents were all friendly (most of them owners of adjoining apartments) and made us feel very welcome. In short we cannot speak highly enough of the apartment and feel that it offers great value for money."
